1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all financial transactions on the Platform are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bet77 platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Registration

By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Pakistan and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable local, provincial, or national law in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to your specific location.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on bet77. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any PKR Balance and Bonus Funds held within them, without compensation.

3.4 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address in Pakistan. bet77 may request documentary evidence to verify any of this information at any time.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out on your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of who performed the action.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bet77 support team via live chat immediately. bet77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the unauthorised access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bet77 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and may conduct verification checks at any stage of the player relationship. You may be asked to provide copies of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC or passport), a selfie, and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in Account restrictions.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bet77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to 500 PKR per month to inactive Accounts after notifying you at your registered email address. If the Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local payment methods. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically reflected in your bet77 Account Balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day. bet77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by the bet77 finance team. Standard processing time is up to 24 hours following approval. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are communicated within the Cashier section of your Account. All withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering procedures.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by bet77 are subject to wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of the promotion, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount in total real-money bets before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unexpired bonuses that remain on your Account after 30 days from issuance may be forfeited without notice, unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

bet77 monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, bet77 reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and associated winnings and to restrict or close the Account.

6.4 VIP Program

The bet77 six-tier VIP program — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite, and Legend — operates according to its own programme terms communicated separately to participating players. VIP status is granted at bet77's sole discretion and may be adjusted based on activity levels.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bet77 sportsbook and casino are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the stake, selection, and bet type are correct before confirming any wager. bet77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been placed and confirmed, except where permitted under specific event-voiding rules.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

7.4 Sports Betting — Event Cancellations

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed to a date outside the original settlement window, or abandoned before a result can be determined, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned to your Balance. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard players.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino outcomes.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Sharing account access with, or accepting access from, any third party including friends, family members, or agents.
• Registering an Account using false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion period, or Account limit imposed by bet77 or requested by the player.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bet77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercialise any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from bet77.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bet77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by bet77

bet77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms & Conditions have been breached, where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your bet77 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome before the Account is closed. Any remaining PKR Balance after settlement will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements having been completed.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited. Real-money Balances that are legitimately owed to you will be refunded in PKR to your verified payment method. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bet77 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

If you have a dispute with bet77 regarding a bet settlement, account decision, or payment, we strongly encourage you to raise the matter with our support team in the first instance. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

15 Amendments

bet77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet77 will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the bet77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
